Precum toate proiectele de tineret , finanţate de Comisia Europeană prin programul Tineret în Acţiune, şi Dynamic Snapshots a beneficiat între 10-12 martie de  vizita de planificare în avans ( VPA ). În cadrul acestei acţiuni de două zile, organizaţiile partenere au  trimis câte un lider pentru  a pune la cale întregul program al proiectului şi modul efectiv de deşfăşurare a activităţilor. S-au purtat discuţii referitoare la siguranţa participanţilor şi la responsabilităţile ce trebuie îndeplinite de toţi cei implicaţi, dar şi aspecte financiare. Rolul acestei vizite, reprezintă poate cea mai importantă şi dificilă etapă din procesul de creaţie al unui proiect deoarece în funcţie de organizarea sa depind celelalte etape din implementarea propriu zisă a proiecului. E nevoie ca profilul acestuia să fie cunoscut înainte de toate de către lideri, pentru că ei sunt cei care  ulterior transmit informaţiile mai departe la participanţi, totodată şi mobilizăndu-i.

As it is usual for all the youth exchanges financed by the YIA Programme, our project “Dynamic Snapshots” held and APV between 10-12 March. During these 2 days, the partner NGOs have sent a leader each in order to discuss about the main activities, the daily agenda, safety of participants and other information needed for the good evolution of the project. The APV is a very important part of the preparation of the project because the rest of the project, the main activities and even the follow-up depend on it. It is needed that the leaders know in advance what the APV consists in, so that the planning and discussions evolve in an efficient way. The responsibility of the participants from APV is to pass on the information that they decided upon, further to the entire group that is due to attend the project.

De asemnea, considerând acest eveniment benefic pentru recrutarea de noi voluntari, am profitat de prezenţa oaspeţilor noştri bulgari, lituanieni şi turci organizând în Liceul Teoretic Ştefan cel Mare  o prezentare a  tuturor proiectelor ce urmează să se deruleze atât pe plan local, naţional, dar şi internaţional. Scopul acestora  ii vizeaza in primul rand pe ei, aspect prevăzut şi în obiectivele programului Tineret în Acţiune ” promovarea cetăţeniei active în rândul tinerilor, dezvoltarea sentimentelor de solidaritate şi toleranţă, sprijinirea înţelegerii reciproce între tinerii din diferite ţări, promovarea cooperarii europene şi contribuţia la îmbunătăţirea calităţii sistemelor de susţinere a activităţii de tineret.” Pe durata acestei prezentări, elevilor din clasele IX – XI, le-a mai fost făcut cunoscut şi conceptul de  voluntariat din ţările membre ale Uniunii Europene, datorită oaspeţilor care le-au adresat câteva cuvinte. Desigur, ca s-a putut observa de popularitatea ce care se bucură aceste activităţi în străinătate, însă tindem să credem că vom ajunge la aceleaşi standarde. Un prim motiv poate fi reprezentat de crearea mediului propice derulării acestor activităţi, prin inaugurarea Centrului de Voluntariat din data de 2 aprilie 2011.

At the same time, taking advantage of the presence of our partners from Bulgaria, Lithuania and Turkey, we organized a presentation about our local, national and international projects for the students of “Stefan cel Mare” high school. The target group of these activities is youngsters of 14-25, thus including high school students; the main aim of the activities is one of the many promoted also by YIA Programme: “promoting active citizenship among young people, developing tolerance and solidarity feelings, supporting mutual understanding among youngsters from different countries, promoting European cooperation and contributing to the improvement of the youth activity systems”.During this presentation, due to the few words said by our friends from abroad, the students from the host highschool got a few clue of the evolution and the attitude towards volunteering at an international level. The popularity of this type of activities was obvious. We hope that we will reach similar levels, specially now that we are eagerly waiting for the opening of the Youth Center, on the 2th of April.
