Learn to get Involved, Volunteer in Europe
“Learn to get Involved, Volunteer in Europe” – LIVE, este o mobilitate a voluntarilor EVS, care se desfasoara pe o perioada de 16 luni, intre 15 iulie 2014 si 15 noiembrie 2015. Activitatea principala a proiectului este reprezentata de „mobilitati ale voluntarilor”, din cadrul actiunii K1, Erasmus+ si reprezinta oportunitatea pentru 5 voluntari din Turcia si Italia de a beneficia de efectuarea unui serviciu de invatare experential, in cadrul unui stagiu de 6 luni, efectuat la Ramnicu Sarat, Romania, in perioada 1 octombrie 2014 – 1 mai 2015.
Tematica proiectului este reprezentata de atingerea a doua dimensiuni de interes european: constientizare europeana si promovarea de metode si instrumente de educatie nonformala, specific in cazul de fata dezvoltarea ofertei de metode nonformale in gradinite si scoli primare. Asadar scopul proiectului il reprezinta in fapt dezvoltarea ofertei de metode si instrumente de educatie nonformala si formarea unor tineri capacitati sa utilizeze beneficiile educatiei nonformale in pregatirea lor personala si in viata de zi cu zi.
Obiectivele proiectului sunt in concordanta cu cele ale programului Erasmus+ si vizeaza:
1. Cresterea nivelului de pregatire a 5 voluntari EVS provenind din Turcia si Italia in metode si instrumente de educatie nonformala cu aplicabilitate in gradinitele si scolile primare in perioada stagiului de 6 luni de la Ramnicu Sarat.
2. Dezvoltarea de competente Youthpass pentru cei 5 voluntari, prin efectuarea stagiului de la Ramnicu Sarat.
3. Crestere gradului de aplicabilitate a metodelor si instrumentelor de educatie nonformala in gradinite si scoli primare cu ajutorul celor 5 voluntari in vederea dezvoltarii ofertei educationale pentru intreg ciclul de studiu intr-o perioada de 6 luni de activitati.
4. Dezvoltarea solidaritatii prin cunoastere interculturala intre cei 5 voluntari si comunitatea ramniceana in sensul schimbului de valori culturale romanesti si turcesti (limba, traditii, obiceiuri etc), pe perioada stagiului.
Principalele teme abordate de proiect sunt: arta si cultura, cooperare internationala in domeniul tineretului si dezvoltarea de competente prin facilitarea participarii tinerilor voluntari la un proces de invatare de lunga durata.
Activitatile desfasurate in cadrul stagiului, utilizand si dezvoltand metode nonformale, vor conduce la atingerea acestor obiective si vor asigura rezultate transferabile si un impact sustenabil. Pe parcursul orelor de lucru voluntarii vor pregati campanii si activitati stradale, activitati pe diferite teme culturale, artistice, actiuni de lobby si pe teme de interes local, utilizand pentru realizarea acestora resurse din sfera nonformalului, metde ca: teatru forum, teatru labirint, photovoice, photostory, cafenele publice, flashmob, open space, debate, fishbool, workshopuri, energizere, icebreak, activități de evaluare, studii de caz, biblioteca vie etc. Pe parcursul stagiului vor organiza evenimente publice, în scopul de a promova metodologia de educație nonformală în spatii deschise: centrul orasului, parcul central, sau in Centrul de Tineret FORTES, Muzeul Municipal, Sala de sedinte a Primariei Rm. Sarat si Centrul Cultural “Florica Cristoforeanu”.
In urma implementarii stagiului cei 5 voluntari si beneficiarii vizati vor dezvolta noi competente, noi metode si instrumente nonformale, intr-o dimensiune de invatare europeana si interculturala. Voluntarii vor deprinde cunostinte si abilitati de comunicare in limba romana, vor invata despre cultura romaneasca si isi vor prezenta propria cultura, intr-un proces de intelegere interculturala, de toleranta, respect, cetatenie activa si coeziune sociala.
Impactul asupra comunitatii ramnicene va fi unul pozitiv, beneficiarii vizati avand sansa sa invete intr-un cadru nonformal, sa deprinda tainele nonformalului inca de mici, usurand astfel munca sectorului de tineret in noul program Erasmus+.
Totodata educatorii isi vor dezvolta abilitatile de implementare a educatiei nonformale in programele educationale, introducand in oferta educationala un pachet de noi metode si instrumente de lucru. Impactul asupra comunitatii promotorilor e-genclik si EUFEMIA va fi dat atat de vizibilitatea si diseminarea proiectului, cat si de experienta acumulata de cei 5 voluntari, transpusa in practica.

“Learn to get Involved, Volunteer in Europe” – LIVE is an EVS mobility, developped during 16 months, between 15th July 2014- 15th November 2015.
The project’s main activity, mobility of young people, Key action 1- Erasmus+, represents the opportunity of 5 volunteers from Turkey and Italy to bennefit from experiencing a learning service, during 6 months, in Ramnicu Sarat, Romania from 1st October 2014 to 1st May 2015.
The project’s theme will reach 2 European dimensions: European awareness and promoting non-formal methods and instruments; will consist in enlarging the offer of non-formal methods and instruments in primary schools and kindergartens.
The purpose of the project is in fact to develop the offer of non-formal methods and instruments and also to train young people to use and apply the benefits of non-formal education in their personal and professional life.
The project’s objectives are established according to the Erasmus Plus objectives, and targets:
1. Increasing the stream of 5 EVS volunteers coming from Turkey and Italy, in non-formal education, applied in primary schools and kindergartens, during 6 months, in Ramnicu Sarat
2. Developing Youthpass competences for 5 EVS volunteers through the 6 moths stage in Ramnicu Sarat
3. Increasing the non-formal methods and instruments applications’ level in primary schools and kindergartens, with the help of 5 EVS volunteers, in a 6 months period of activities.
4. Developing solidarity through intercultural knowledge among 5 EVS volunteers and local community, by exchanging Romanian, Turkish and Italian cultural values (languages, traditions, customs, etc) in 6 month period
Main themes of the project are: art, culture, international cooperation in the youth field and developing competences through facilitating the volunteers’ participation in a long-term learning process.
The activities developed during the stage, using non-formal education, will led to achieving the objectives and will assure transferable results and a sustainable impact. During the working hours, the volunteers will prepare street activities and campaigns on different themes (art, culture, lobby) using non-formal methods, such as forum theatre, labyrinth theatre, Photovoice, Public cafe, flashmob, open space, debate, fishbowl, workshops, energizers, icebreakers, case study, evaluation activities, living library, etc. During the stage, the volunteers will organize public events, in order to promote the non-formal education methodology in open spaces: city center, local park, F.O.R.T.E.S youth center, Municipal museum, the town hall’s conference room, the cultural Centre “Florica Cristoforeanu”.
Following the stage implementation, the 5 volunteers and the target group will develop new competences, new non-formal methods and instruments, in an intercultural, European learning dimension. The volunteers will earn knowlegde and communication abilities in the romanian language, will learn about romanian culture and will have the chance to present their own culture in a process of intercultural understanding, tolerance, respect, active citizenship and social cohezion.
The impact on the local comunity from Ramnicu Sarat will be a positive one, the target group having the chance to learn in a non-formal framework, at an early age, thus making it easier for the youth sector from the new programme, Erasmus+.
Furthermore, the school and kindergarten teachers will develope non-formal implementation abilities, beeing able to apply these methods in the educational offer, bringing new methodes and working instruments for their programme.
The impact on the promoters’ local comunities, E-genclik and EUFEMIA, will be given by the visibility and dissemination of the project but also by the gatherd experience of the 5 volunteers, put into practice.
