Project About Time Understanding and efficiency in youth work

 erasmus + euBe On Time – Project About Time Understanding and efficiency in youth work are ca tematica managementul timpului pentru eficientizarea muncii de tineret si constientizarea culturala a perceptiei timpului pentru acceptarea intelegerea si acceptarea diversitatii culturale in spatiul UE, pentru realizarea incluziunii si a coeziunii sociale europene. Proiectul se desfasoara pe parcurs de 1 an, in perioada 15.01.2015 – 15.01.2016 si este conceput in 3 pasi prin doua activitati principale traininng cours, pilotarea (diseminare) rezultatelor prin activitati locale si schimb de tineri, urmat de o etapa de diseminare, multiplicare si follow-up. Promotorii acestui proiect sunt 6 organizatii de tineret cu experienta in implementarea de proiecte europene, dar care au nevoie de dezvoltarea staffului in time management, din Romania, Italia, Turcia, Bulgaria, Polonia si Slovenia care isi propun sa formeze tineri si lucratori de tineret responsabili, punctuali, experiementati, care sa isi programeze timpul eficient, sa utilizeze instrumente facile in activitate si sa contribuie la combaterea prejudecăților prin înțelegerea stereotipurilor, totul în contextul dezvoltării dialogului intercultural.

Afis A3Obiectivele urmarite sunt: dezvoltarea abilitatilor de time management ale stafului organizatiilor promotoare, dezvoltarea de abilitati practice ale tinerilor in time management, dezvoltarea competentelor de gestionare si eliminare a conflictului si discriminarii culturale si crearea unor caractere tolerante si a diversitatii, crearea unui cadru stimulativ dialogului intercultural, imbunatatirea capacitue-funding-logoatii de management organizational pentru cei 6 promotori si cesterea vizibilitatii educatiei nonformale in comunitati europene, obiective ce sunt in concordanta cu obiectivele si prioritatile Erasmus+ in domeniul tineretului.
Activitatea 1, cursul de formare se va realiza la Ramnicu Sarat, Romania, in perioada 20 – 29 aprilie 2015 cu un grup tinta format din 24 de lucratori de tineret, staff al organizatiilor promotoare, in echilibru de gen si care vor beneficia de un proces de invatare dirijat de formatori cu metode si instrumente de educatie nonformala. Principalele activitati si metode ale cursului vor fi: jocuri de cunoastere si de rol, energizere, icebreak, prezentari, seminarii, targ ONG, workshopuri, teambuildinguri, debate, fishbool, speed dating, brainstorming, debrifing, mese rotunde, lucrul cu instrumente si metode de eficientizare (diagrama gantt, fisa postului, program de activiate, setare de obiective SMART, Google Calendar, google notice etc), video tools, spatii de reflectare si evaluare (group reflection, youthpass reflecton, key competences), seri interculturale, evaluari.
pliant a4_Page_1 pliant a4_Page_2Activitatea 2, schimbul de tineri, va avea loc in Ramnicu Sarat, Romania, in perioada 08 – 17 august 2015, cu un grup tinta format din 30 de tineri si 6 lideri de grup, in echilibru de gen, fiind structurat ca si campanie stradala de promovare a cetateniei active si coeziunii sociale. Principalele activitati si metode nonformale folosite sunt: jocuri de cunoastere, de socializare si apropiere interculturala, campanii media si social media, animatie stradala, photostory, workshopuri, lucrul in echipa, seri interculturale, intalniri cu autoritatile, teatru forum, cafenea publica, flashmob, evaluari si autoevaluari, energizere etc.
Realizarea acestui proiect va avea un impact sustenabil in comunitate si rezultate transferabile intrucat creste capacitatea de management a structurilor societatii civile, formeaza tineri si lucratori competenti, punctuali, responsabili, eficienti, furnizeaza metode si instrumente nonformale de time – management foarte utile in toate sectoarele: mediul ONG, sectorul public si cel privat. Pe termen lung procesul de invatare asimilat conduce la dezvoltarea comunitatilor locale si a celei europene, cu oameni pregatiti, competenti si structuri cu un management performant, aduce valoare adaugata UE.

“Be On Time – Project A806621734bout Time Understanding and efficiency in youth work”, main theme is time management and making youth work more productive, stimulating cultural awareness on time perception with the purpose of understanding and accepting cultural diversity within EU and fostering social inclusion and European cohesion.
The project takes place during 1 year: 15.01.2015 – 15.01.2016 and is structured in 3 steps and 2 main activities: training course, dissemination (piloting) of results through local activities and youth exchange, followed by dissemination, multiplication and follow up.
The promoters of this project are 6 youth organizations from Romania, Italy, Turkey, Bulgaria, Poland and Slovenia, experienced in implementation of European projects, but whose staff needs time management abilities development. The staff will afterwards train young people and youth workers to be responsible, punctual, experienced, to efficiently manage their time, using non-formal instruments in their activity and also to fight against prejudices by understanding stereotypes, all in the context of developing intercultural dialogue.
The objectives of the project are: developing time management abilities of the promoters’ personnel, developing practical abilities in time management for young people, developing conflict management competences, fostering tolerant attitudes and encouraging intercultural dialogue, improving the capacity of organizational management for the 6 promoters and increasing the visibility of non-formal education in European communities, all in conformity with the objectives and priorities of the Erasmus+ program in the youth filed.
roll-up1st main activity, the training course will take place in Ramnicu Sarat, Romania, 20 – 29 of April 2015, with a target group of 24 youth workers, personnel of promoter organizations, considering gender equality. The youth workers will benefit from a learning process guided by the trainers with non-formal methods and instruments. Main activities and methods of the training course are: get-to-know-each-other games, role-plays, energizers, icebreakers, presentations, seminars, NGO fair, workshops, team-buildings, debate, fishbowl, speed dating, brainstorming, debriefing, round tables, video tools, group reflections, Youthpass reflection, intercultural evenings, feed-back forms and also time efficiency methods: Gantt’s diagram, clock card, setting SMART objectives, Google calendar, Google notice, etc.
2nd main activity, the youth exchange, will take place in Ramnicu Sarat, Romania, 08 of August – 17 of August 2015, with a target group of 30 young people and 6 group leaders, considering gender balance. The activity it’s structured as a complex street campaign which promotes active citizenship and social cohesion. The main non-formal methods used: get-to-know-each-other and socializing games, media & social media campaigns, street animations, PhotoVoice, workshops, forum theatre, intercultural evenings, public café, flash-mob, energizers, evaluations and self-evaluations.
The implementation of this project will have a sustainable impact on the community and transferable results, as it will increase the management capacity of multiple structures from civil society; prepares young people and youth workers  to be competent, punctual, responsible and efficient; delivers non-formal methods and instruments on time management, very useful in all sectors: NGOs, public and private area. On long term, the assimilated learning process will led to developed local and European community, with well-prepared, competent people and structures with efficient management, all giving added value in the EU.
