erasmus + eu RISE – Research and Inclusion for Sustainable Employability este un proiect multicultural , ce include un training si un schimb de tineri, cu un parteneriat de 7 tari ce manifesta probleme in sfera angajabilitatii : Bulgaria, Bosnia si Herzegovina, Macedonia, Malta, Romania, Spania si Portugalia. Prima etapa a proiectului, trainingul, presupune un numar de 21 de lucratori de tineret avand varsta de peste 18 ani, si va avea loc pe parcursul a 7 zile de activitati in Ramnicu Sarat, Romania, intre 30 Martie-6 Aprilie 2015. Proiectul va continua cu un schimb de tineri, implementat de asemenea in Ramnicu Sarat, avand 28 de participanti cu varste intre 16-24 de ani si 7 lideri de grup, activitate ce se va desfasura in perioada 19 si 27 Iulie 2015.
afis lansare onlineScopul proiectului este de a dezvolta competente si abilitati ale lucratorilor de tineret si ale tinerilor, precum competente digitale, de antreprenoriat, de comunicare si dialog intercultural, prin utilizarea de metode si instrumente non-formale variate, pentru a fi adaptabili pietii muncii.
Pentru a ne atinge scopul propus vom avea in vedere realizarea urmatoarelor obiective:
1.Cresterea nivelului de expertiza al celor 21 de youth work-eri din Romania, Bulgaria, Bosnia, Macedonia, Malta, Spania si Portugalia, pentru ghidarea tinerilor in cariera, folosind metode si instrumente formale, non-formale, pe parcursul celor 7 zile de training.
2.Dezvoltarea competentelor de angajabilitate si antreprenoriat al celor 35 de participanti (grupul tinta nr. 2) din schimbul de la Ramnicu Sarat, pentru a forma tineri adaptabili pietii muncii.
3.Cresterea nivelului capacitatii organizationale prin formarea celor 21 de lucratori(grupul tinta nr.1) in trainingul de la Ramnicu Sarat.
4.Cresterea nivelului de constientizare al oportunitatilor de angajare pentru grupul tinta nr.2, folosind metode si instrumente non-formale, pe parcursul celor 7 zile ale activitatii de schimb.
5.Dezvoltarea competentelor IT de baza pentru ambele grupuri tinta, ce servesc ariei angajabilitatii si antreprenoriatului, pe parcursul celor 2 activitati principale.
6.Dezvoltarea dialogului intercultural cu ajutorul ambelor grupuri tinta, in scopul consolidarii unei educatii Europene bazata pe diversitate, pe parcursul implementarii proiectului.
Afis A3Activitatile si metodele din training vor fi formale si non-formale : ice-breakers , workshop-uri, prezentari interactive, seminarii, jocuri de rol, open space, speed dating, public speaking, simularea unui interviu , dezvoltarea si prezentarea unui plan de afaceri, debate.
Activitatile si metodele aplicate in schimbul de tineri vor fi non-formale, in continuitatea celor din training: ice-breakers, jocuri de cunoastere si team-building, workshop-uri pe diferite arii profesionale de creatie (muzica, fotografie, handmade, gastronomie, competente IT), jocuri de rol, photo voice, prezentari interactive, discutii libere, speed dating.
ue-funding-logoIn urma acestui proiect, tinerii si lucratorii de tineret vor dezvolta abilitati si competente de a lucra in echipa , in cadrul activitatilor de conflict management sau a celor de analiza a discriminarii, stereotipurilor si prejudecatilor cand vine vorba de a te angaja, si implicit vor ajunge sa aiba o atitudine toleranta si deschisa fata de alte culturi , vor fi apti de a-si crea propriul plan de afaceri, de a crea scrisori de intentie catre angajatori, de a sustine cu succes un interviu pentru o slujba , sau de a-si prezenta ideile in fata unui public larg. De asemenea , isi vor imbunatati competentele digitale folositoare in mediul de afaceri, prin realizarea unor website-uri de prezentare a afacerilor dezvoltate chiar de ei , prezentari interactive sau documente. De asemenea vor invata cum sa foloseasca instrumentul CV Europass, vor dezvolta competente in diferite arii profesionale creative precum: gastronomie, handmade, muzica, fotografie sau IT , astfel devenind adaptabili mai multor profesii.
Dincolo de implementarea efectiva, importanta este si diseminarea acestor rezultate si impactul lor asupra comunitatilor locale, in special in cadrul grupurilor vulnerabile. Prin luarea la cunostinta a acestor aspecte despre angajabilitate, piata muncii, spirit antreprenor, tinerii vor deveni capabili sa se adapteze oricarui loc de munca si vor intelege importanta aplicarii metodelor formale si non-formale in dezvoltarea competentelor. Mai mult decat atat, se va incerca propunerea legii voluntariatului si in tarile partenere acestui proiect, prin mobilizarea tinerilor din organizatii si din comunitate de a strange semnaturi pentru sustinerea si aprobarea acesteia. In acest fel, tinerii vor fi mai motivati sa se implice datorita acumularii de competente oficial recunoscute ca experienta profesionala, ajutatoare in procesul de obtinere al unui loc de munca.banner online

erasmus+mėlynas-baltame-foneRISE-Research and Inclusion for Sustainable Employability is a multicultural project which includes a training course and a youth exchange, having a partnership of 7 countries manifesting problems in the employability area: Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Malta, Romania, Spain and Portugal. The first stage of the project, the training course, involves a number of 21 youth workers over 18 years, and it will take place during 7 days of activities in Ramnicu Sarat, Romania, between 30 March-6 April 2015.The project will continue with a youth exchange, also implemented in Ramnicu Sarat, having 28 participants aged between 16-24 years, accompanied by 7 group leaders.
mapa RISEThe aim of the project is to improve the level of key competences and skills of the 21 youth workers and 35 youngsters coming from the promoter countries, such as digital skills, entrepreneurship, intercultural awareness and communication, by using various types of non-formal instruments, in order to be suitable for the labor market.
For reaching our aim, we will take in count the achievement of the following objectives :
-Increasing the level of expertise of the 21 youth workers coming from Romania, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Malta, Spain and Portugal, towards guiding youngsters in career, using  formal, non-formal methods and instruments, during the 7 days of activities of training.
-Developing employability and entrepreneurship competences for the 35 participants (target group no.2) of the youth exchange from Ramnicu Sarat in the period 19 – 27 July 2015, in order to be adaptable for the labour market.
– Raising the level of the organizational capacity by training the 21 youth workers (target group no.1) in the course held in Ramnicu Sarat.
-Raising the awareness level of the employment opportunities for target group no.2, using non-formal methods and instruments, during 7 days of activities in the youth exchange.
– Developing ICT basic competences of the both target groups, subservient in the entrepreneurship and employability area, during the two main activities of the project.
– Enhancing the intercultural dialogue by the help of both target groups, in order to consolidate an European education based on diversity, during the implementation of the project.
pliant a4_Page_1 pliant a4_Page_2The activities and the methods used in the training will be formal and non-formal: ice-breakers , workshops, interactive presentations, seminars, role play games, open space, speed dating, public speaking, job interview simulation, developing own business plan after learning methods, debate.
The activities and the methods used in the youth exchange will be non-formal, continuing those of the training course: ice-breakers, get to know each-other and team-building games, workshops on different professional creation areas (music, photography, handmade, gastronomy, ICT competences), role-play game, photo voice, interactive presentations, free discussions, speed dating.
After the end of this project, the youth workers and the youngsters will develop abilities and competences of working in teams, during the conflict management activities or those of analysis of discrimination, stereotypes and prejudices when it comes to get a job, thus they will get to have a tolerant attitude and be open towards other cultures, they will be capable to develop their own business plan , to write motivation letters to employees and to successfully have an interview for a job, or to present their ideas in front of a large auditory. Also, they will develop their ICT competences subservient in the business area, through making websites where they can present their own businesses, interactive presentations or documents. As well as these, they will learn how to use the CV Europass instrument, they will develop competences in different professional creation areas, thus becoming more adaptable to many professions.
roll-upBeyond the effective implementation of the project, there is also important the dissemination of the results and their impact on the local communities, especially within the vulnerable groups. By becoming aware of these issues about employability, labor market, entrepreneur spirit, the youngsters will become capable to adapt to any type of job and they will understand the importance of applying both formal and non-formal methods in developing competences. More than that, it will be tried  the proposal of the volunteering law as well in the partners countries of the project, by mobilizing the youngsters from organizations and communities to collect signatures in support for the law to be approved in their countries. This way, youngsters will be more motivated to involve because accumulating competences which are officially recognized as professional experience , helpful in finally getting a job.
